Combined Postage Fees
Currently, all items include postage and packing fees as I have found most people only order one or two items at a time. If you wish to place a larger order (more than 2 items), I am happy to combine postage where the items can all be sent in one parcel. Please email me before ordering and I will issue you with a revised invoice.
For those that are local to the town of Reading and attend any of the events I run, I am happy to bring along any items you wish to purchase and hand them over to you for payment minus postage fees. Again, email me if you wish to take advantage of this method.
Returns & Refunds
I hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, I gladly accept most returns by mail within 14 days of purchase. Exceptions include tarot readings, magical services, courses, event tickets, spell work and similar services. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping and delivery fees are non refundable.
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are sent out within a day or two of placing your order. As I make most products to order, some items may take longer (I have included information in the descriptions for items that are effected by this). Please allow up to 14 days for delivery and contact me before placing an order if there is a time deadline to be met.
Items are sent using economy Royal Mail for which I retain proof of posting. I do not use tracking or insurance unless requested by the customer at their extra cost. This keeps postage costs at a minimum.
UK orders should take 2 - 3 working days to arrive after shipping. You will be notified once the item has been posted.
HEALTH, SAFETY & CAUTION:
I support the notion of people taking responsibility for their own well being and spiritual development, however, not all herbs and plant matter are safe to be used in all circumstances. Special guidelines may apply when suffering from certain medical conditions, during pregnancy or when taking prescribed drugs - please seek medical advice from a qualified doctor or practitioner before using any herbal products.
None of my products come with a Cosmetic Product Safety Reports. Products such as oils are sold for use as anointing tools and magical items, or to use in oil burners and incense blends. All the oils used are of the highest quality cosmetic grade ingredients, however, I can not legally sell them for use on the skin. By purchasing these oils you are agreeing to the responsibility of risk if using on the skin.
Always carry out a skin test 24 hours before applying any product to your skin. If you suffer from any reaction, wash the area with warm, soapy water and seek medical advice. Stop using the product immediately.
